Our workers who are recommended for possible overseas employment are carefully screened and rigidly tested. An overall appraisal of their suitablity for the job is done through in-depth technical interviews geared towards gaining a deeper insight into the applicants qualification and competence.
The applicants psychological and intelligence test result are given considerable weight in choosing the appropriate worker. All credentials submitted by applicants are properly crossed, checked and verified. Three (3) or four (4) qualified applicants for every position are then shorlisted and referred to the clients for interview and or selection.
